• For Rates: Advance Purchase the following cancellation and deposit policy applies: Reservation is non-refundable. No cancellations or modifications are allowed. 100% of stay due at time of booking. 

• For Rates: Cyber Monday (CYBER) the following cancellation and deposit policy applies: At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required, which is nonrefundable. As a one-time courtesy, changes to reservations are allowed if requested at least 30 days before the original arrival date, and the new stay dates must fall within the 2024 season.

Early departures or mid-stay cancellations might incur an early departure fee.

Parking at our resorts is limited. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, guests with reservations in a standard guest room, family room, or suite are provided one parking space per unit for a fee of $25 per night. A second vehicle is subject to a $50 per night fee. Guests with reservations in a cottage or townhouse are provided with two parking spaces per unit for a fee of $25 per night per vehicle. Before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day weekend, the first vehicle is complimentary, however a second vehicle is subject to a $25 per night fee. Arrangements should be made in advance for oversized vehicles such as boat trailers.
