Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. Please arrange with Blue Rock Resort in advance if you arrive outside the front desk hours (7am–10pm).
We'll place an authorization on your credit card equal to your room rate plus tax. We suggest using credit cards over debit to avoid extended holds. The card used at check-in doesn’t have to be the one used for the final settlement.

If canceled after 3:00 pm EST, 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit is non-refundable, and the deposit will be forfeited.

If canceled after 3:00 pm EST, 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit is non-refundable, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- For Rates: Advance Purchase the following cancellation and deposit policy applies: Reservation is non-refundable. No cancellations or modifications are allowed. 100% of stay due at time of booking.
- For Rates: Cyber Monday (CYBER) the following cancellation and deposit policy applies: At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required, which is nonrefundable. As a one-time courtesy, changes to reservations are allowed if requested at least 30 days before the original arrival date, and the new stay dates must fall within the 2024 season.
